Found out that my headaches were…
“Tension Headaches”
They’re caused by stress, lack of sleep/tiredness, anxiety & depression and caffine.
He asked me whether i was depressed because i looked it….
My heart told me to tell the truth and probably say yes but i just couldn’t tell the truth with my mum there.
I couldn’t tell him how bad my anxiety was or anything, i just put on a smile and lied.
